But how can anyone say this child died "of SIDS"? This is a diagnosis of exclusion applied to the death of any child under the age of one "which remains unexplained after a thorough case investigation, including performance of a complete autopsy, examination of the death scene, and review of the clinical history". In other words, I suspect it is still far too early to say this was a cot death/crib death/SIDS. And may I ask why we are being asked to raise monbey? What for?
